Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• Contact hellolocker13@gmail.com within 30 days
• Repair, replacement, or refund provided per ACL
• Item’s that prove care was not taken are not applicable for refund

Change of Mind Returns:

• Accepted within 30 days, unused/unopened, customer pays return shipping

Refunds Processed:

• Refunds to the original payment method via Shopify within 7 business days after approval
