Shipping:

• Standard: 3–7 business days within Melbourne/Australia.
• Express: 1–3 business days within Melbourne/Australia.
• Costs shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds:

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: repair, replacement, or refund per ACL
• Change-of-mind returns: accepted within 14 days if unused/unopened; customer pays return shipping.

Limitation of Liability:

• Not liable for indirect or consequential losses. ACL rights preserved.
